These type of benefits are elected individually by and paid for by the employee without requiring any financial contribution to the employer - thus, eliminating any financial risk should an employee choose to leave the company or be terminated.
Filing and administrating a Section 125 for the company is just one of the many complimentary services we offer. We also have a cloud-based onboarding program for eligible companies, reducing the office workload and producing higher productivity. This program has additional upgradable features at the discretion of the employer.
We also partner with various other companies that allow us to offer other programs suitable for the demographic of our customer's workers, free to them and their staff. A few of these include a free years subscription to TeleMed, a healthy accidental death and dismemberment policy per worker, student loan repayment options and education services, and more.
