Event Description:

Be prepared for those unsafe situations no none wishes to be in!

This introductory workshop will include:

Evaluating the four levels of conflict
Learning self-defense tactics
Practicing strikes, kicks, blocks, takedowns, and other moves

All skill levels welcomed. Wear regular gym clothes, workout shoes that do not restrict body movement, and no jewelry.
