Event Description:
Raise the bar of excellence for manufacturing leaders with the second phase of this engaging, high-impact leadership development program.  Building on the tools and techniques learned during Phase I, leaders will learn a bevy of additional skills, including such topics as:
  • Interview Skills
  • Effective Onboarding & Performance Review Strategies
  • How to Increase Employee Engagement
  • Problem Solving
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Cost/Benefit Analysis
  • Effectively Leading Virtual and/or Hybrid Team Members
  • Situational Leadership
  • Presentation Skills & Public Speaking

Each training session will take place online from 1 – 3 pm via Zoom.
