Event Description:
Celebrate the 239th birthday of our nation's flag with The Pops Orchestra and the Military Officers Association of Sarasota. This second-year event features patriotic music by the Pops, special chorale selections by Gloria Musicae and a formal flag retirement and retreat ceremony overlooking Patriot Plaza. The show is free and open to the public on a first-come first-seated basis, so you are invited to bring lawn chairs or seat cushions.
