The response to COVID-19 continues to present new and complicated challenges to both employers and employees. Almost overnight, employers have transitioned entire workforces to a telework arrangement, strained to navigate complex federal programs and reimagined business plans and financial projections.
As federal, state and local governments begin to relax restrictions and communities move into phased re-opening, many businesses will work to resume activities while employees will again shift from a telework environment back to the office space. Many processes and procedures will be different and owners, employees and consumers will have to adjust accordingly. This webinar will outline what to expect, provide tips for how to support this re-opening transition, and how to successfully support your workforce through the re-opening phase.
