Join us in the Planetarium at The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature as we step back in time to explore the night sky from the perspective of ancient Egyptian astronomers! Dive into the celestial myths, star maps, and astronomical discoveries that shaped calendars and monuments, marvel at the alignment of the pyramids, and witness how Egypt's stargazers laid the foundation for modern astronomy!
Doors open at 6:30pm. The presentation begins at 7 pm inside the Planetarium.
Preregistration required.
$10/$3 for Members/Members under 17; $15/$5 for Non-Members/Non-Members under 17.
Beer and wine cash bar available.`
Seating in the Planetarium is on a first-come, first-served basis.
