About:  In this workshop guest speaker, Loudette Rosario, a certified Qigong or (Chi-Kung) instructor, will begin by teaching us the history and fundamentals of Qigong.  Then we will do chi testing, chi ball exercises, chi permitting exercises, and learn cultivation of the chi.

Qi (Chi) is the life force energy that makes us alive and keeps our organs functioning.  Qigong is a powerful self-healing exercise which helps us produce and circulate the chi within our bodies much more effectively.  As a result, we gain energy and we can help our bodies to heal themselves.  For centuries in China, and more recently in the US, Qigong exercises have been successful in treating weight loss, depression, high blood pressure, cancer and other ailments.
