This October LEE MEARS, a popular mixed-media artist and veteran member of Island Gallery West, will present her paintings, collages and other mixed-media art in an exhibit entitled ?Whatever!? Lee?s joyful attitude is evident in the pieces she creates using everyday materials from the more expected paper, string, buttons and beads right on to egg shells and even discarded computer parts. The exhibit will run through October 31 at Island Gallery West, located at 5368 Gulf Dr., Holmes Beach, FL, Trolley Stop 15 on Anna Maria Island. Gallery hours are 10 AM-5 PM, Mon.-Sat.
