Craig Pittman will be speaking about the controversy surrounding the rare orchid phragmipedium kovachii, which has affected our local Selby Gardens. He is a reporter for the Tampa Bay Times and 4-time winner of the Waldo Proffitt Award for Distinguished Environmental Journalism in Florida. Author of three books, his latest is The Scent of Scandal: Greed, Betrayal, and the World's Most Beautiful Orchid.
