Event Description:
Thursday, January 12, 5:30 – 7 pm Early hunters and gatherers first discovered that waterfowl were more likely to land in areas where other birds were. Through this, the waterfowl decoy was born. This exhibit touches on the history of using decoys to hunt and features working decoys, artistic decoys, and contemporary, regionally-built decoys. Live music and light refreshments courtesy of FMM.
