Get Flatter & Stronger Abs! In this presentation our certified personal trainer will educate you on the anatomy and major function of the “core”. Learn which muscles are responsible for spinal stability and posture, as well as the ones providing the strength to lift us and move safely thereby reducing risk of injury.
Not only will you discover the most effective exercises to get flatter abs and stronger glutes, but you will also get to try the exercises during the “hands on” portion of the workshop. You will learn proper form and feel the difference!
