The Center of Anna Maria Island is proud to present an unforgettable evening of live music featuring the legendary Atlanta Rhythm Section (ARS) on Saturday, February 14th. Doors will open at 6:00 PM, followed by an opening act at 7:00 PM, with Atlanta Rhythm Section taking the stage at 8:00 PM. For decades, Atlanta Rhythm Section has been a defining force in American rock, producing 15 albums of acclaimed original music and delivering dynamic, crowd-pleasing performances. While often associated with the Southern Rock movement—frequently mentioned alongside Lynyrd Skynyrd and viewed as successors to the Allman Brothers—ARS crafted a sound uniquely their own. Their polished musicianship and melodic songwriting helped create hits that blended rock, pop, and blues, resonating with fans nationwide. Although labeled “Southern Rock,” the band’s smoother, more diverse style set them apart, creating a musical legacy that extends far beyond the genre.
