9 Foundations to Building Your Successful Business

Participants will explore essential business operations and how all the elements work together and affect each other. This interactive workshop will introduce the Business Model Canvas – showing the working relationships between customer relationships, strategic alliances, competition, and key activities and resources. Presenter Doug Barber is dual qualified as a successful entrepreneur in construction, land development and property management, and as a construction management educator and college administrator. He continues to work in construction and property management and serves as a SCORE Manasota mentor and trainer. Networking begins at 5:30; workshop begins promptly at 6 PM.
