The disagreement of being in favor, against, or in the middle has made headlines when discussing the prospect of free higher education. An interesting movement is developing across the United States, making two years of community college free.
Is it fair to past college or university graduates? Beyond fairness, how will this concept be funded? How will this affect the institutions and the value of education beyond secondary education?
