About Dr. Hopes:
Dr. Scott Hopes officially became County Administrator in May of this year, after serving as acting County Administrator in April. He is responsible for carrying out the policies and directives of the Board of County Commissioners. Dr. Hopes oversees the County's annual operating and capital improvement budgets. The County Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that all agreements and obligations of the Commission are properly performed.
